Removal of the granuloma and apex of the tooth root

A young patient formed a cyst near the root of the left first molar, which led to the widening of the bone toward the left maxillary sinus. The cyst was removed without sinus damage, and the procedure for resection of the apex of the root was also performed. As a result of the actions taken, the tooth was preserved.
