Apicotomy and removal of the cyst of the tooth

Due to unsuccessful endodontic treatment of the first left lower molar, the patient developed a cyst. To preserve the tooth, repeated endodontic treatment was performed, as well as apykotomy (resection of the apex of the tooth root) and the cyst was removed.
